The Dwyer Company installed a complete exterior waterproofing system to address the source of the leak from the outside. Work included full excavation along the affected wall, installation of new 4″ PVC footing drain tile, pressure washing and sealing the foundation walls with mastic, installation of drain board, and backfill with 70% washed gravel and filter fabric. A gravity drain was run 40 feet to daylight, eliminating the need for an interior sump pump entirely.
Project completed in 2 days.
